When you have set up the structure of a link type, you set a default direction. If
you do not specify any other directions this default direction is used for all links of this
type. Use the Conditional Directions page of the Properties dialog to specify conditions for
using different directions for different records.
- Click Edit to edit an existing Conditional Direction.
- Click New to create a new Conditional Direction.
In each case the Conditional Direction dialog is displayed:

Select a Direction.

Type a Name.

Select the required Field.

Select an Operator.

Type a Value.

Define all of the Conditional Directions in a similar manner.

Click OK.
The conditions you set on the different conditional directions should be
exclusive. However, the conditions will be tested in the order they appear and
the first condition satisfied will be used. To move conditions within the list,
select the row and click Up or Down buttons as required.
Click
Delete to delete the selected Conditional
Direction.
If no conditions are satisfied, the default direction is
used.
