Defining the type hierarchy

The Hierarchy Page allows you to view the type hierarchy, that is the entity and link types, including any abstract types you have defined.

Adding and editing abstract type fields
Abstract type fields allow an analyst to group related types.
Displaying the ends of a link type
You may wish to find out what possible ends a link type or abstract link type is allowed to have. To display the possible ends of a link type:
Printing out the type hierarchy
You can print out the entity type or link type hierarchies by moving to the Hierarchy Page and clicking the appropriate Print button.
Changing the type hierarchy display
You can view the type hierarchies at actual size or with all the types displayed within the window by clicking on the appropriate button. You can also zoom in and out of the window.
