Viewing issue history

Each time you issue a configuration file by selecting File > Issue, the issue number of the configuration file will be increased and you will be prompted to enter comments, for example what modifications have been made since the last issue.

You can also start to build up your comments prior to issuing the configuration file; from the File menu, select the Issue Details and enter comments.

You can view the history of a configuration file; from the File menu, select Properties and click the Issue History tab.

The information listed comprises:

Issue number The issue number of the configuration file.
Connection version The version number of the connection details.
Date Date the configuration was issued.
User The user name of the person who issued the configuration file.
Comment Any comments added at the time of issue.
Note: Each issue in the list will apply to either a configuration issue or a connection version depending on whether the Issue number or Connection version is specified.
