If you want to distribute a configuration report to a third party, you can create a
Web Archive file, in which all these files needed for the report are saved as one
file.

Double-click on the report to open it.

From the File menu, select Save As.

Navigate to the location in which you want to save the file that will be
created.

From Save as type, select Web Archive, single
file (*.mht).
Alternatively, you can distribute the report as a standard HTML file. If you
do this however, you need to distribute a number of supporting files with
the report. These are contained in the SupportingFiles folder, which is
located in the ConfigurationReport folder, in which the report is
automatically saved when it is created (see Generating a configuration report). You need to include
all files in this folder with the report (keeping the same folder structure)
except the ConfigurationReportGenerator.exe file.
