Viewing details of a selected issue

You can view the details of a selected issue number of a configuration file or connection by selecting an issue of a configuration file or connection on the Issue History page of the configuration's Properties dialog and clicking Details.

The following details are available.

General Details

• Configuration path - The location of the configuration file.
• Database name -The location and name of the database to which the configuration file is connected. This may contain parameters.
• Characteristics - You can enter information concerning the type of database to which the configuration is connected. Typically this should include information such as whether the text comparisons within the database are case sensitive and what wildcards are available.

Connection Details

• Issue number - The issue number of the connection whose details you are viewing.
• User - The user name of the person who edited the connection.
• Date - The date the connection was edited.
• Comment - Details of the comments that were entered when the connection was edited.

Configuration File Details

• Issue number - The issue number of the configuration file whose details you are viewing.
• User - The user name of the person who issued the configuration file.
• Date - The date the configuration files was issued.
• Comment - Details of the comments that were entered when the configuration was issued.
