As you import data into Insights, it is automatically standardized, normalized, and sent to the chart surface, where entities and the links between them are rendered as chart items. This means that relationships and patterns identified in your data become immediately visible on the chart without you having to manually build it.The Insights schemaWhen i2 Insights imports data, it normalizes it into its own internal schema, a fixed set of entity and link types that represent the key concepts found across supported data sources (CDR, ANPR, transactions, and so on).Attribution exampleYou can create a file with your attributes already defined and import it directly into Insights.Generic TemplateYou can use the Generic Template to arrange data into a format that i2 Insights can ingest.Parent topic: Using i2 Insights
