Deploying the application

The i2 Explore for iBase application can be deployed or upgraded using either the command line or the i2 Explore Administration Console.

If you have not already run the AdminConsole.exe, do this now from a command prompt. This is required before any further actions concerning configuration or deployment. This starts the i2 Explore Administration Console, and ensures a configuration is copied from templates if one does not already exist from a previous deployment.

Note: If you have elected to create the Information Store database manually, this must be done before performing a deploy. Follow the instructions in Manually creating the Information Store database.
