You can merge duplicate records that are found in the Duplicate Records
Checker by clicking Merge or by dragging the records into Merge Entities.
Procedure
To merge duplicate records:

In the Records area of the Duplicate Records
Checker, select the records that you want to merge.
- Click Merge to display the Merge Entities
with the selected records. The first record that is selected in the Records area of the Duplicate
Records Checker is shown in the 'Merge the records below into this record' area of the
dialog.
- If the wrong record is displayed in the upper area of the dialog, select a different one
from the lower area and click Use.
Tip: To examine the records in a group of potential duplicates, or use them in a
different operation, select the required records in the Records area of the Duplicate Records
Checker, right-click and then selecting an option from the shortcut menu. For example, you might
want to investigate a single matching value by selecting Matching Records.
