You can add information to the cover sheet, and configure it to open when the chart is
opened. You can edit the cover sheet when you create or edit a chart.
Procedure
To add information to the cover sheet of a chart:

Click .
The Cover Sheet window opens.

Add information to the summary properties. 
Tip: To help other users to find the chart, enter information that they might search
for. For example, you might enter the name of the investigation in the Subject property.

To create a custom property, click New in the
Custom area.
- 
To configure the cover sheet to open when the chart is opened, select the On
Open check box.
- 
Click OK.
