Using coordinates in data records

You can export entities that have data records that contain coordinates and addresses.

Analyst's Notebook detects:
  • Coordinates in any data record property that has a semantic type assigned to it that derives from the Grid Reference property semanitc type.
  • Addresses in any data record property that has the Mailing Address semantic type assigned to it.

You can toggle the Use Coordinates in Data Records option to either 'On' or 'Off'. When the option is On, any entities with coordinates and address in data records are included in the export. Toggle the option to Off if you want to exclude these entities from the export.
