Understanding the deployment
i2 Explore for iBase is a web-based application that is deployed on a Liberty application server.
Deployment architecture
The Liberty application requires a connection to an iBase database and can be accessed through a web browser. The Liberty application also uses a Solr and Zookeeper service to provide text search capabilities.
The Liberty application requires a new "ISTORE" database to be created in the same SQL Server instance as the iBase database. The ISTORE database contains a series of views through which the Explore for iBase application can access the iBase data.
