Corners
Corners allow you to customize the shape or path of a Link to improve the appearance of a chart, ensure links do not cross over other items, or arrange links in a more controlled form.
Adding Corners
To add a corner to a link, click the Corner button in the Home ribbon in the Insert Links section.

Then you can click the position in the link that you want to add a corner to. This adds a diamond icon that you can use to manipulate the shape or path of that link.

You can add multiple corners to a single link if needed.
Note: Corners will be removed if you run a layout from the Arrange tab.
Removing Corners
Corners can be removed using the delete or backspace keys.
