Spelling checks can run automatically as you type. Possible spelling mistakes are
highlighted and suggestions are made for corrections. A spelling check can be run after you create
a chart before it is published. When you finish creating a chart, it is searched for spelling and
other errors. When a possible error is identified, you can correct it and then continue the
check.
